Not sure why the this brand gets so popular. Specialize in yoga and jogging wear. The design is very basic, colors are quite disturbing, perhaps good fabric, but doesn’t justify the very high price they are asking.
Check out their website. The European branch is amazing too. Ordered 2 days ago and arrived this morning. Paid including everything only 44€ for a nice brown lined shorts.
For men I recommend those (with liner 7” or if you’re short take the 5”) and also the slim fit ABC pants. Great materials.
We bought a black jacket from the store and the jacket itself was wrinkled and a white spot (can be washed off). But we like the jacket a lot. However, when we ask the store manager to see if we can get a new one. He said "we are not a second hand store and it is not available and ask me to go to another store to buy it!
In the end, another store employee helped us to check if a new one is available. And it is available!
Such a disaster service from such a good brand to its customers!

The sales lady (red-haired) was very rude and told me to wait outside of fitting room when I was waiting for more than 10 mins. She didn’t tell others to step out but myself (I’m sure you guys can figure it out why she singled me out since I’m not European).
I have just experienced the best customer service ever! I had the pleasure to meet one of the ladies that works in this shop and she was so helpful! Even if I couldn’t find my bra size she gave me all the information on how to get it online and she went above and beyond to advise me on other items I was looking for! This was my first experience with this brand and she made sure that it was a memorable one! Big thanks to her!
One of the store managers was talking down to other employees which was uncomfortable. Also I Didn’t realize the store was about to close cause it was packed. They didn’t give a heads up the fitting room would be closing so people couldn’t try anything on. Took me a while to find all the right sizes to try on. Please give a 15 min heads up next time.

One of the male assistants is very rude! I was asking him if there was another size, he didn’t even look at me, saying “No” with no patience. I also asked why the blue coat was more expensive than others, he said with a very arrogant attitude “I don’t know. Some colors are just more popular.” Honestly, if you hate your job or your customers, or you don’t know how to work properly, you should quit yourself, or get fired.
